Among the scientific contributions of the faculty members at Al-Zaytuna University, Dr. Hanan Al-Saghira Abu Al-Qasim, a faculty member at the College of Languages, participated in the activities of the First National International Forum for Literature and Criticism in its third session, held at the Department of Arabic Language at the Faculty of Education, University of Benghazi, on March 15, 2022. The forum was held under the slogan: "Literary and Critical Discourse: Visions and Horizons," where she presented a joint research paper titled "The Poetics of the Flash Poem in the Collection 'Less than a Minute' by the Moroccan poet Sidiq Bou Douara."

The contributions of participants at the forum included faculty members and those interested in literary aspects. The forum also witnessed several international contributions from Iraq, Sudan, Palestine, Tunisia, and Egypt, in addition to nearly 70 research papers from various Libyan universities.
