Distinguished scientific participations of university professors in the international scientific conference at the Faculty of Arts and media at the University of Misrata.
Within the activities of the second international scientific conference of the Faculty of Arts and media at the University of Misrata, marked by (smart technologies and the future of media between creativity and responsibility), held on 12-13-5-2026. The professors of the Faculty of media participated in the scientific committee of the conference in addition to managing a number of its Scientific Sessions.
The professors of the faculties of media and education also presented scientific contributions that contributed to enriching the discussion through research papers and scientific interventions that dealt with deep falsification, digital media issues and modern technologies, reflecting an active academic presence and scientific contribution to keep pace with the accelerated technical transformations in the field of media.
The dean of the Faculty of mass communication, A.Dr. Ibrahim Salem Ishtiwi along with A.Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Asfar as members of the scientific committee of the conference, reflecting their role in the scientific supervision and academic arbitration of the conference papers and research contents.
He also took over e.Dr. Ibrahim Salem Ishtiwi chaired the first Scientific Session, which witnessed the presentation of a number of important research papers, including a joint research paper presented by Dr. Amar Ayad al-musabahi and A. Kamal Saleh al-Ferjani titled: "Deep Fake (deep Fake) based on artificial intelligence through social media networks and its impact on the credibility of content: a field study from the point of view of Libyan media professionals,” which addressed one of the most prominent challenges posed by artificial intelligence to the contemporary media environment.
At the third Scientific Session of the first day of the Conference, A. The flowering of AITA Barbar in association with A. Eman Atiya Al-Barbar research paper entitled: "trends of the Libyan public towards the adoption of media content in social media platforms on artificial intelligence”, which discussed the transformations of media reception in light of the increasing dependence on smart technologies.
Dr. also participated. Najat Nouri Nasir in collaboration with Professor Mohammed Ramadan Maatouk in the fourth Scientific Session of the first day with a research paper entitled: “The relationship between artificial intelligence in the media and the mental health of the public” highlighting the psychological and social dimensions of modern media technologies.
In the same context, A.Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Safar chaired the second Scientific Session of the closing day of the conference, confirming the continuity of his scientific presence
